Description

The Spumante Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero Rosé is produced by Erpacrife , a young Piedmontese winery that has given a new luster to sparkling wines produced with native regional vines. This label is vinified in purity from Nebbiolo grapes, grown in the vineyards of Madonna di Como, located at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level. We are a few kilometers from Alba: in these areas the soil is well drained and mainly composed of sand and limestone. The climatic profile is peculiar: protected on the northern side by the Alps, the vineyards enjoy the warm-humid currents coming from the Ligurian Sea. The manual harvest provides for a careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard. In the cellar, the refermentation takes place according to the Classic or Champenoise method, with a 36-month stop on the lees in the bottle. The Spumante Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero Rosé Erpacrife is a ready-to-drink bubble, capable of evolving and further refining after a period of rest in the cellar.
