Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Sober and elegant, Andrian's Pinot Noir Riserva Anrar Alto Adige DOC is obtained from the vinification of 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Cultivation takes place exclusively in the famous Mazzon vineyard, which can count on a truly unique microclimate and an area in which this refined vine is expressed at very high quality levels. The Pinot Nero Riserva Anrar Alto Adige DOC is a harmonious and balanced red wine, which exemplifies minimal intervention in the vineyard and in the cellar, carefully studied in order to preserve the purest and best characteristics of the vine. After a very accurate manual harvesting process, the alcoholic fermentation of the grapes takes place in large steel tanks, while the aging process lasts for a few months in oak barrels. It is perfect to be tasted as soon as it is bottled even if, thanks to its important structure, it can sustain three or four years of aging in the bottle.
