Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for others 3-4 years

Description
Barolo DOCG Riserva Runcot is a red wine with unmistakable aromas, produced by the Langhe winery Elio Grasso . It is obtained from the vinification of only Nebbiolo grapes, which are grown near Monforte d'Alba, more precisely in the Ginestra area. The plots are located about 350 meters above sea level, where the thirty-year-old vines sink their roots into substrates rich in limestone and clay. The work continues, in the name of environmental sustainability, up to the manual harvest with selection of the healthiest and ripest bunches. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are fermented in steel tanks with rigorous temperature monitoring and daily pumping over. The refinement lasts five years and involves the use of fine oak barriques. Barolo DOCG Riserva Runcot is already perfect after bottling, but manages to pleasantly surprise those who know how to wait even up to ten years or more.
