Glass
Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description

The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut Bosco di Gica produced by Adami is a well-defined sparkling wine with a fresh, young and fruity bouquet. Obtained from 100% glera grapes, a grape grown on the karst slope since Roman times. It has a straw yellow color and a thick foam. On the palate it is acidic and sapid, but on the finish it gives the palate a pleasant creaminess and persistence. Since the 1920s, the Adami winery has been producing Prosecco in the Alta Marca Trevigiana, a hilly area in the Veneto region that connects Conegliano to Valdobbiadene and is very renowned for its climate and soils particularly suited to viticulture. The name "Bosco di Gica" is inspired by an ancient forest in Colbertaldo di Vidor whose first historical evidence dates back to 6 centuries ago. Today the area around the wood is full of vineyards. The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut Bosco di Gica produced by Adami has a unique character like all the other Proseccos of the Adami family and this is why they are very successful internationally.
