Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

Champagne Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru is a label signed by the Mailly winery, located within the prized territory of the French Marne. It is obtained from the skilful vinification of Pinot Noir grapes, a precious vine that in this region expresses itself at the highest levels, assuming unique scents. The Grand Cru of Mailly, which extends for seventy hectares on clayey soils, contains ancient vineyards. Here the harvest is manual and tradition is combined with a philosophy aimed at obtaining excellent wines. This champagne is an excellent example of this: it is 'pampered' right from the early stages of vinification, which includes maturation on its lees for no less than 24 months. An ideal bubble to accompany a special aperitif with friends, its freshness and versatility also make it perfect to follow throughout the meal. Champagne Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru has excellent aging potential: it can in fact rest in the cellar for five to ten years, a period in which it takes on a more complex character and extreme finesse.
