Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

Champagne Brut Cuveé Divine En Solera is produced by the French winery Leclerc Briant , which demonstrates its capacity for innovation through this label. It is obtained from a blend composed of Pinot Meunier grapes (50%), Pinot Noir grapes (30%) and finally from a remaining 20% of Chardonnay grapes. The three varieties are grown in vineyards distributed between the plots of Hautvillers, Châtillon Sur Marne and Cumières. Focusing on the Solera Method, the company chooses to give a unique character to the final result. In the cellar, the base wines of different vintages are blended. Aging involves an annual shift to a barrel that contains the previous reserve. The process lasts about ten years until disgorgement with minimal addition of liquid. Champagne Brut Cuveé Divine En Solera boasts a remarkable longevity, by virtue of which it can be appreciated even after 10 years and beyond.
