Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Champagne Brut Rosé is a label of the prestigious Delamotte house. This sparkling wine is the result of a blend of Pinot Noir grapes (80%), from the mountains of Reims, and Chardonnay grapes (20%) from Mesnil-sur-Oger. The vineyards are carefully cultivated until the manual harvest. The vinification method is inspired by the traditional "saignée" philosophy, which today is increasingly rarely used in the denominations of the area. By applying this technique, the winery leaves the grapes to macerate together with the skins before and during fermentation, in order to be able to extract the typical color and aromatic profile of the vines. Once the fermentation is complete, the wine is bottled: at this point the refermentation in the bottle begins which continues for about 3 years on the fine lees. The final phase of disgorgement involves the addition of a small percentage of Liqueur d'Expedition. Champagne Brut Rosé is ready to drink, but can surprise with an extraordinary evolution and increase in its complexity, if it is carefully stored for up to 7-8 years in the cellar.
