Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Champagne Le Black Label Brut is produced by the French house Lanson . This label is the result of a blend composed half of Pinot Noir grapes, to which are added Chardonnay (35%) and Pinot Meunier (15%) grapes. The bunches come from our own vineyards, which are located near Reims. This area boasts optimal conditions for the cultivation of vines. Among the rows, work proceeds in the name of environmental sustainability until the grapes reach the ideal level of ripeness. Once the harvest is completed with manual selection, the grapes are pressed and subjected to alcoholic fermentation in the traditional way. In line with the Champenoise Method, the refinement takes place after the second fermentation in the bottle. After resting on the lees for three years, disgorgement takes place, with the addition of a minimum percentage of dosing liquid. Perfect right away, Champagne Le Black Label Brut can evolve further if meticulously stored for 3-4 years in the cellar.
