Cremant Cuvee Passion Delmas is a Classic Method AOC Cremant de Limoux sparkling wine, produced in France with a fine selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Mauzac grapes. This organic sparkling wine is made by Delmas with grapes from Languedoc-Roussillon vines, a region at the foot of the Pyrenees south of Limoux. Here, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level, abundant rainfall bathes a mainly clayey and calcareous soil, excellent for vines. Cremant Cuvee Passion Delmas is considered one of the oldest sparkling wines in the world and owes its most salient characteristics to the percentage of Mauzac grapes used to produce it.
