'Fiore di Campo' Bianco Friuli Isonzo DOC Lis Neris 2021

Fiore di Campo Bianco Friuli Isonzo DOC is a fresh and fragrant wine, made by the Lis Neris winery. It is largely obtained from the vinification of Tocai grapes, to which small percentages of Sauvignon Blanc (10%) and Riesling (5%) are added. The three varieties are grown on our own vineyards near the Isonzo river. Thanks to the particularly favorable climate and the richness of the land, the vines can grow optimally up to the time of the harvest with manual selection of the bunches. Once in the cellar, the grapes are pressed and left to ferment in large steel tanks at a rigorously monitored temperature. In the same containers, the wine remains for aging on the fine lees for about 8 months, to then rest briefly in glass after bottling. Fiore di Campo Bianco Friuli Isonzo DOC is designed to be appreciated immediately, when the varietal notes and fragrance emerge strongly.
