Description

A real tough guy. This Brut derives from the fascinating encounter between chardonnay and pinot blanc. It is the workhorse to which the company entrusts the task of undermining the canons of the Italian Classic Method. Standard aging of 18 months on the lees which make the bubbles immediate and captivating. This Brut has a brilliant straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose immediately reveals a fruity note that leads to hints of white flowers, with a final fragrant accent of croissants. In the mouth it is decisive and fresh, it is also perfect throughout the meal.
