Franciacorta DOCG Saten 'Raffa' Ca' de Pazzi MAGNUM

Franciacorta Saten DOCG Ca' de Pazzi is one of the whimsical projects that came out of the dream drawer of a couple of young enthusiasts of Franciacorta DOCG. The Ca' de Pazzi winery already encloses in its name the pop soul of the cellarmen, who make use of the collaboration of small winemakers from the Franciacorta area. We are south of Lake Iseo, in a land rich in history and traditions, where vineyards alternate with medieval fortifications. Here the best bubbles in Italy are born and the only production system allowed for sparkling wine is the Classic Method. The morphology and composition of the soil play a major role in the ripening of the grapes. At night the moraine stones gradually release the heat accumulated during the day and the vines benefit from this. The elegant Franciacorta Saten DOCG Ca' de Pazzi is obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes and is aged on the lees for over 2 years. After which it is ready to accompany an aperitif and cheer up a company of cmmensals, as refined and extroverted as the giraffe with bow tie and pipe depicted on the label!
