'Leonia' Spumante Pomino Brut Millesimato Bianco DOC Frescobaldi 2019

The Spumante Leonia Pomino Brut Millesimato Bianco DOC from the prestigious Tuscan winery Marchesi de' Frescobaldi is the result of a blend largely based on Chardonnay and minimally on Pinot Noir; a combination that gives life to an elegant and very expressive sparkling wine, a vintage with an important name created with the aim of honoring a great woman of the family, Leonia, to whom this special nectar was dedicated. After the harvest carried out at the end of August and at the beginning of September, the grapes that give body to Spumante Leonia Pomino Brut Millesimato Bianco DOC are processed following the normal winemaking processes, after which the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in glass with aging on its lees, as required by the Classic Method. The result is an intense, pleasantly aromatic sparkling wine, a fresh vintage, with a very savory sip, characterized by a persistent and fine perlage. A great Brut able to amaze with every sip.
