Liqueur 'Airone Rosso Aperitif Poli' Poli Jacopo 70 Cl

The Airone Rosso Aperitif is a Venetian liqueur produced by the Poli Jacopo distillery. One of the curiosities that makes it an intriguing liqueur is how particular the history of the denomination is. The name Airone derives from the Guzzi motorcycle with which Poli, now more than fifty years ago, traveled to the North Cape, realizing one of his secret dreams. Upon his return, a party had been arranged which opened with an aperitif created specifically for the occasion. Its color was just that of the bike. That's when the liqueur began to be called Liquore Airone Rosso. It is obtained by infusing grappa and Vermouth with aromatic herbs and spices. The grappa used is a white, young and multi-varietal grappa. Many of the peculiarities of this Jacopo Poli aperitif derive from the production process. It is aged for 3 months in steel barrels. It is soft and sweet: a quality product capable of successfully accompanying a pleasant evening with friends.
