The best pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay grapes are carefully selected to create the best combination, giving the Extra Brut Pure Champagne a perfect balance and a pleasant freshness. The selected vine varieties are used in particular for the production of well-structured Champagnes with a skilfully balanced taste. After an initial period of fermentation, the wine requires at least 4 years of maturation on the lees (48 months) before being ready. This sparkling wine receives a particular added value from the aging process and from the final sugar dosage, practically zero, which makes Champagne Extra Brut Pure a refined wine, well structured and distinguished by its pleasant freshness, suitable for accompanying seafood and shellfish during an aperitif or even continue throughout the meal.
