Description

Wine with a marked softness, born as an exercise in style and designed to become a pleasant and different proposal. The Demi sec dosage is rather rare in Franciacorta , while much more frequent and belonging to the tradition in France. Obtained from mostly Pinot Noir grapes, whose resting on the skins enhances its persuasive rosé colour, but also the typical aroma and flavor of the small red fruits of the undergrowth, well blended with the freshness and finesse of the Chardonnay that completes it . With a lively and persistent foam, Rosé Demi Sec is an ideal companion to cheeses, indicated with sweet dishes (but not too much) and, why not, at the end of a meal combined with fruit. To try.
