Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Intuition Champagne Brut Legras & Hass is an excellent label from one of the best known and most appreciated wineries for the production of champagne in France. The Legras & Hass winery , in fact, can boast a centuries-old tradition in the production of champagne. The viticulture techniques have been handed down from generation to generation, as well as the great care for the harvest and for the various winemaking processes. It is no coincidence that the Legras & Hass cellar is particularly appreciated and sought after in starred restaurants. Intuition Champagne Brut Legras & Hass comes from a cuvée of great balance, made up of 25% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and the remaining 25% Pinot Meunier, a native vine. The harvest is done exclusively by hand and the harvested grapes are then vinified separately, according to their type. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Then follows the maturation phase for each type of grape variety vinified, which lasts 7 months. Only after this operation does the blending take place, followed by the second fermentation in the bottle, according to the provisions of the Champenoise method. Finally, after a long period of rest on the lees for 36 months, we proceed to disgorgement. Thus was born an elegant and refined champagne, with a fresh and balanced taste, suitable for the best celebrations.
