'Origin'Elle' Champagne Brut Francoise Bedel

The Champagne Brut 'Origin'Elle', produced by the Francoise Bedel winery, reinterprets the tradition of the champenoise method. In fact, it is made with the three vines that generally make up the champagne blend (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier) and the innovation lies in the choice made by the cellar where Pinot Meunier is present here for 85%, usually used instead in a small part. The result is an extremely elegant and original product, as suggested by the name itself. The grapes with which the Champagne Brut 'Origin'Elle' is made come from three different areas that have silty, clayey and calcareous soils, and which give the grapes extremely complex scents. To better respect the primary characteristics, the production process takes place in a biodynamic way for a champagne that is fresh and of great complexity at the same time. Excellent to drink when young, this champagne can also be left to rest in the cellar for 4/5 years, in which it develops all its evolutionary potential.
