The Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia IGT is a white wine, fresh and fragrant, made by the Ronco Severo winery, which stands out for its artisanal and innovative approach at the same time. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Ribolla Gialla grapes, a white berried variety representative of the Julian area. On the vineyards owned, the vines are grown according to traditional methods that respect the ecosystem up to the manual harvest. In the cellar, spontaneous fermentation on indigenous yeasts is followed by a long maceration on the skins in oak vats. This step allows the wine to have the classic color of orange wines, an increasingly widespread typology in the area. To acquire greater complexity, the wine remains in wooden barrels for a year before bottling.
