Recommended glass

Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
The Champagne Rosé de Meunier Extra Brut is made by the Laherte Freres winery, committed to authentically narrating the salient characteristics of a suitable territory. This is the case with this label obtained from the exclusive vinification of Pinot Meunier grapes. The vines are on average thirty years old and grow on the clayey soils of the Chavot plot. Here they find a particularly favorable environment, carefully protected by the work between the rows which ends with the manual harvest. In the cellar, the grapes are fermented in wooden vats with partial malolactic fermentation. In the subsequent refinement phase, the wine rests for at least two years in the bottle, where the second fermentation typical of the Champenoise Method takes place. At the disgorgement it is filled with minimum percentages of "dosage liquid". Champagne Rosé de Meunier Extra Brut reserves pleasant sensations immediately, as well as following a further evolution of 3-4 years.
