The Terre de Vertus Champagne Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru is produced by Larmandier Bernier , a winery that aims to innovate the appellation through the biodynamic philosophy. The grapes used to make this label, exclusively of the international Chardonnay variety, are grown in full harmony with the ecosystem. The Premier Cru of reference includes the oldest vines of Vertus. Once the harvest is complete, the carefully selected bunches are destemmed and left to ferment partly in steel tanks and the remainder in wooden barrels. After a year, the second fermentation in the bottle coincides with an aging on the lees in line with the style of the Classic Method. After more than 5 years, disgorgement is carried out without the addition of liqueur d'expedition.
