Vittorio Moretti Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut Riserva Magnum is one of the unmissable sparkling wines offered by the famous Bellavista winery. This wine is born as an assembly of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, respectively in percentages of 58% and 42%. To obtain this highly qualitative blend it is obviously necessary to start from the vineyards, which arise in one of the most famous wine-growing areas of Italy, Franciacorta. The harvest The plots of the maison extend in the localities of Erbusco, Nigoline and Torbiato. The best bunches are selected during the harvest and subsequently pressed. The refinement takes place in steel tanks and lasts at least 2 months, during which the wine rests on indigenous yeasts. Before the final disgorgement, the label must undergo a further 60 months of refinement, according to the disciplinary that distinguishes the Riserva.
