'Alma Brut' Franciacorta Brut Bellavista MAGNUM with Case

The Alma brut Franciacorta sparkling wine from the Bellavista winery represents the essence of Franciacorta and the idea of harmony in the Bellavista style. Made by skilled hands by assembling over thirty selections of the harvest and some reserve wines from previous years, coming from vineyards located throughout the area, this sparkling wine is obtained from a perfect balance of mainly Chardonnay grapes present for 77% Pinot Noir grapes for the 22% and minimally 1% Pinot Bianco grapes. The fermentation and elevation of part of the base wines in small white oak barrels, capable of adding intensity and complexity, contribute to a very high quality result. A first fermentation in steel is carried out, followed by a permanence in oak barrels for 35% of the product. The subsequent phase of sparkling wine according to the classic method involves aging on the lees for a period of at least 36 months. Straw yellow in color with green reflections, fine and persistent perlage. Ample and enveloping aromas ranging from ripe fruit to fresh flowers, with notes of vanilla and pastry. On the palate it is sapid, fresh and vibrant, decidedly coherent on an aromatic level, and with a long finish.
