Bubble after bubble, the Dizeta Radicale Dosaggio Zero Riserva sparkling wine is an important vintage that expresses all the intensity of the bond that the La Rotonda winery has with its land. An elegant expression of the Lombard terroir in which it was born, the Dizeta Radicale Dosaggio Zero Riserva sparkling wine boasts the prestigious
Franciacorta DOCG denomination and proudly represents a territory famous throughout the world for the production of timeless sparkling wines. Linked to tradition, but oriented towards the future, La Rotonda rises in the hills of Calino di Cazzago San Martino, in the province of Brescia. It is here that, in the vineyards cultivated with organic farming methods, the vines chosen to compose this high-class vintage ripen. Made with grapes from the company's own lands, the sparkling wine is a special cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes. When the Dizeta 2009 was disgorged in May 2014, after 50 months of aging on the lees, the winery decided to leave a small quantity of bottles in the stack, which would later become the Riserva in question. In October 2016, after a further 30 months of refinement, Radicale was born, about 80 months on the lees, with a sugar dosage of 1 gram/litre. Extremely dry wine, therefore, but also very clean, sharp. A wine that initially offers a certain complexity and that in the gustatory phase highlights a certain sapidity. Fresh mouth, despite the years, assisted by the body, by a certain intensity and persistence that closes on citrus notes. Very intriguing wine.
