Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

Crémant d'Alsace AOC Brut Prestige is a sparkling wine produced by Gruss, an important company in Alsace. This sparkling wine is obtained from a new and very interesting blend of Pinot Blanc (30%), Auxerrois (30%), Riesling (20%) and Pinot Noir (20%). The peculiarity of this Crémant, which is the name by which all the sparkling wines produced with the Classic or Champenoise method are called, within the French territory, but outside the Champagne area, is certainly found in the toasted scents that contrast well to such a fascinating varietal mix. This sparkling wine is obtained from grapes that are harvested in vineyards that have an average age of over thirty years. The production methods are absolutely adherent to tradition and provide for a period of rest on its lees for a maximum of thirty months. The result is an ideal sparkling wine to be uncorked in the context of informal aperitifs, which goes well with fish canapés and savory pies. Persistent and enveloping, Crémant d'Alsace AOC Brut Prestige is ideal to be enjoyed when young to savor its fragrance, but it can also evolve for a few years.
