'Brut Nature' Organic Franciacorta DOCG Il Mosnel

The Brut Nature Franciacorta Docg Biologico Il Mosnel is a sparkling wine that amazes with its elegance and freshness. Elements that characterize, on the other hand, the entire production of the Il Mosnel winery, a historic winery located in the heart of Franciacorta. There are three vines which, skilfully blended, give rise to this particular cuvée: 60% Chardonnay predominates, which is joined by 30% Pinot Blanc and 10% Pinot Noir. All three vines they are grown on the company's lands, in the municipality of Passirano, which enjoy excellent exposure to the sun and very fertile morainic soil. After harvesting the grapes, which is done by hand from the end of August to mid-September, the vinification begins in the cellar. The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks, although 30% of the must is fermented in wooden barrels. The second fermentation, on the other hand, takes place in the bottle, as required by the Classic Method, followed by a 24-month aging on the lees. A long process necessary to give life to a fresh and elegant sparkling wine, balanced and fine, enveloping and pleasantly fruity.
