Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

Cuvée Royale was born from the union of the Antinori family's experience and the vocation of a territory, Franciacorta . A selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes. The Montenisa estate is located in the heart of Franciacorta, around the village of Calino, near Lake Iseo. The vineyards surrounding the villa owned by the Maggi family have been the heart of the production of Marchese Antinori Franciacorta since 1999. Production: the 'flower' must underwent the first alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation in the bottle in contact with the lees took place over the following 36 months. A very long refinement. In the glass it has a pale yellow color, creamy foam with fine and persistent perlage. At an aromatic level, there are notes of white-fleshed peach, bread crust and yeasts. Remarkable balance and vivacity typical of the Brut dosage.
