Description

Spumante Brut Prosecco DOC is an intriguing and fresh wine, proposed by the Ramuscello winery. Its main vineyards are located in Sesto al Reghena, in the province of Pordenone. The basis of the label is 100% pure Glera grapes, symbol of the North-East and the basis of the best Proseccos. The excellent sun exposure, together with the good temperature range and the favorable composition of the soils, create the perfect conditions for obtaining a wine of undoubted quality. The harvest involves the manual selection of the best bunches and their destemming. The refinement of the must takes place in steel tanks for at least 2 months, after which the process can begin following the well-known Charmat Method. The wine is refermented in an autoclave and only subsequently bottled, in order to best develop all its qualities and fragrance. The Spumante Brut Prosecco DOC is perfect as an aperitif, its elegant bubbles also make it appreciated with fish appetizers and typical cured meats.
